Canteen representative didn't provide the services as desired in the meeting held on 22.08.2025 at Cogen Plant 1. Didn't provide the services on time, delayed by more than 30 minutes. 2. Didn't bring plates and tea cups for serving purposes. 3. Didn't provide a dedicated person for serving the snacks and tea. 4. This is the second time the complaint is being lodged. Further more that in Cogen plant, employees are eating in old plates, with old spoons and serving tea and coffee in old cups only since my joining in 2019. Kindly change the plates, spoon and tea cups. |

Today at 1815, I have ordered some snacks (Packaged item). The canteen guy Mr Ankeet refused my order due to not availability of the store keys. he said cashier has taken store keys with him and went to city. So my concern in this matter that if they are running the canteen they should provide the item in the store, they cant says thet they have no keys of store. This happen mostly during Evening everyday. |
